For family-managed businesses

Less firefighting. More business.

Get the daily chaos off your plate with the structure and systems your business is missing, so you can finally get back to growing it.

Sounds familiar?

"I know your Monday. I had it for almost ten years."

– Viraj

Right now
×A phone that never stops ringing.
×The same five problems, every single week.
×Plans parked until "things calm down."
Once it works
✓A team that handles the daily stuff.
✓Room in your week to actually think.
✓Time for what you started this for.

They never calm down on their own. They calm down when the right structure is in place. That is the part I help with.

What we work on, together

What got you here. What runs now. Where you are headed.

Three layers of the same business, worked on together rather than one after the other.

Then

The foundations

Everything already built: the name, the relationships, the way things are done. Some of it is load-bearing. Some of it is just old. I find out which before anyone touches it.

Now

The operations

The business as it runs this month. The dispatch calls, the escalations, the decisions that still need you. We get it running in full motion without you in the middle.

Next

The ambition

The business you actually want. Bigger, in new markets, ready for investors, or simply free of you. The sky is the limit; the structure has to be able to carry it.

Every move I suggest is checked three ways.

Does it respect what is already built?
Does it make this week run better?
Does it move the business towards where you want it to be?

And I read family business patterns.

The first-gen and next-gen tension. The legacy employee who is a saint and a bottleneck. The "we have always done it this way" that nobody can defend, but nobody can change either.

What changes for you

See your whole business in real time. Then get your week back.

Operations

Still the person every problem routes back to?

Let's build the processes and roles that handle them without you.

Human Resources

Tired of chasing your own team to do their jobs?

Clear roles and fair reviews, so they own it themselves.

ERP & Systems

Paid for software nobody really uses?

Let's get a system that fits how you actually work, implemented by the right partner, and adopted by your team.

Data & Reporting

Flying blind until the month is already gone?

Live dashboards for sales, stock and outstanding, so you never find out too late again.

Operations
Human Resources
ERP & Systems
Data & Reporting
AI

All four. And one thread that runs through them.

AI in everything

Most family businesses are either scared of AI, or someone is selling it to them badly. I sit in the middle.

I am not here to sell you AI. I am here to put the right amount of it to work.

I use it every day, for real work, inside businesses like yours. Small, useful, quiet. The kind your team keeps using after I leave.

Ignoring it is no longer an option. Over-engineering it is just an expensive way of ignoring it.

Five things it already does
Monday morning digest of last week's numbers, written by itself
Stock ageing and slow-mover alerts
Receivables reminders drafted by account and by ageing
Meeting minutes and action lists, every meeting
Master data cleaned: customers, SKUs, suppliers
How I work

First I learn how you really work. Then we build. Then we grow.

Stage one

Honour

Listen. Observe. Read what is not written.
Map what works and what is quietly breaking.
Honour what got you here.
Stage two

Bridge

Design the roles, the handoffs, the reports.
Bring in the right specialists when needed.
Run it together until it sticks.
Stage three

Elevate

Hand the daily running to your team.
Point the business at where you want it to be.
Grow what you started this for.

No fixed timelines. I stay until it sticks.

About me

Hi, I am Viraj.

I spent almost ten years inside a family business, in the boardroom and on the floor. Setting the strategy upstairs, then going downstairs to make it work: the roles, the systems, the reports, the dispatch calls. I know how far a plan can drift from what actually happens on a Tuesday morning. Closing that gap is what I do now, for other family businesses.

About SAV-age

Named after my family. Built for yours.

We exist to give family business owners their time back. Time for growth, for new ideas, and for the life you actually imagined when you started the business.

Shubha. Agasthya. Viraj.

The name is not a branding exercise. It is my wife, my son and me. I put the people who matter most to me into the name of this firm, because that is exactly what your business is to you. I treat it that way.

One hour. No pitch. Let's see if I can help.

Book the hour
Honest, before we start

Every match is not made to work.

I would rather be honest now than waste both our time. This is probably not for you if:

→You want a quick fix, not a lasting one.
→You want it done for you, not with you.
→You are choosing on price alone.
→You want your team to change while you stay the same.
→You see this as a cost, not an investment in what is next.
→You want one person to do everything, with no partners.

If none of that sounds like you, we will get on well. And if it does, no hard feelings, I will happily point you to someone better suited.

Questions, answered honestly

The things every owner asks on the first call.

01How long does this take?+

Six months at least, usually longer. I only work on retainer, because real change does not happen in a 90 day project. If you want a one-off, I am not your person, and I will tell you so.

02Will I work with you, or a junior?+

Me. Every meeting, every review. That is the whole point of SAV-age.

03What does it cost?+

It depends on the work. You are not just paying for hours. You are paying for judgement, knowing what to fix first, and what to leave alone for now. That is the gap between me and the cheapest option, and it is deliberate. After we have talked and I have seen the business, you get a clear proposal. No hidden numbers.

04Do you do all the implementation yourself?+

No. I find the right people for the technical work and stay in the room with them, so you get a specialist plus someone making sure it actually lands.

05Why no fixed timeline?+

Because I would be lying if I gave you one. I promise instead to stay until it sticks.

06Why only retainer?+

Because I am building something with you that has to outlast me. A retainer keeps me invested in the outcome, not a final report.

07How do we start?+

One hour. Free. No pitch. We figure out together whether I can actually help.

08What about confidentiality?+

Mutual NDA, always. What I learn inside your business stays there. I expect full honesty from you in return, because that is the only way I can help.
